Good morning Phuong. Is it possible I change the default currency on Notrinos from $ to ₦. And if it is possible how do I go about it. Thank you.

First you have to define your local currency in General Ledger -> Currencies Then go to Setup -> Company Setup, in the Home Currency dropdown list select the required currency and press update.
