Adding 2FA

To add 2FA to Notrinos via different 2FA modules of any flavour, would it be possible to add hooks?

• A hook to add fields and messages to the login form.
• A post-password, pre-session authentication challenge hook.
• A post-login access-enforcement hook for enrollment requirements.
• Hooks for logout/session expiry to clear challenge state.

2FA is extremely sensible when access to sensitive accounting / taxation / HR information is being accessed

We have a hook engine that allows to do that,
I guess we will have to add few hook points (in session, login...) for trigger hook after successful password check but before granting full access
I will go with this during beta release phase
Meanwhile if you have any detailed plan, architecture, please suggest
